Natalie’s Signature Massage is tailored to each individual's needs. She combines her knowledge of the body with different massage techniques from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, Somatic Mindfulness and many others to ensure you get the right treatment for you!
Ashiatsu Massage
Our Ashiatsu Massage is an amazing modality to help support circulation, relaxation, ease muscle tension and detox the body. Using a supported bar system and foot pressure the therapist will be able to provide 3x the pressure of a regular Deep Tissue massage without the feelings of discomfort!

This massage is meant to promote all around relaxation and well-being for mother and baby. You will be side-lying and fully supported on the table. This calming massage is offered from the beginning of the 2nd trimester.
